If the plans or scope changes during the estimation, we will charge an extra charge to include the new scope of work in your estimate. We provide 90% of our estimates within the timeframe of 12 business hours. However, it may decrease or increase according to the size and complexity of the construction projects in Arizona. AZ Estimation does not consider unforeseen issues like cost fluctuations, weather conditions, etc while preparing estimates. Our company may also collect your information, such as your name, project name, and company name for testimonials with your consent.

Our terms related to payment are that we always charge upfront for the estimation of takeoff fees. After accepting the quote, we will send you a secure payment link. You can pay the fees from your debit cards, credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. The refund policy is only applicable if you cancel your estimate within 1 hour of your payment. Otherwise, our certified Arizonian estimators will start working on your project, and there will be no refund. Moreover, our cost estimates are based on zip code-based pricing and RS means data, so a slight cost fluctuation can be expected.
